There are many different ways that one can burn off calories and lose weight. Would you have ever thought that one of those ways would be drinking Chinese tea? We all know some of the medicinal benefits of Chinese tea, but it has been recently discovered that drinking some Chinese teas can stimulate the burning off of calories for reduced fat and improved weight loss.

Green tea extracts, in particular, have long been heralded for the benefits it brings to a person when feeling ill, or to lighten moods. Chemicals within the green tea extract itself interacts with another chemical in the nervous system which leads to the body being able to increase the metabolic rate and effectively burn calories. According to studies, the catechin polyphenols within the green tea create a thermogenic process that speeds up the fat oxidation process throughout the body.

Chinese teas have been leading the market in the tea industry for many years and with research like this it is easy to see that a new market is now defined. A new blend of Chinese tea, promoted as Chinese slimming teas, are now available for those who are looking for a natural, non “fad” diet way to burn calories and lose weight.

Chinese slimming teas are becoming wide spread throughout the globe and come in several different forms.

Special Slimming Tea

A combination of Chinese herbs, this Chinese slimming tea, contains the maximum of freshness and quality that produces the greatest taste, aroma, and metabolic traits of all natural beverages. The Special Slimming Tea, as with all teas, should be consumed as a part of a balanced, natural diet. Having with fresh fish, vegetables, water, and fruits will maximize the calorie burning principles.

Slimming Tea

Chinese slimming tea is not just a new fad diet like South Beach or a low-carb diet. Drinking this tea is a way to promote not only weight loss, but also a healthy lifestyle. Slimming tea is a natural herbal tea that acts as a dietary supplement that keeps the feelings of being hungry low. This Chinese slimming tea is also a natural diuretic that can cause increased bowel movements at first. Caution in using it in the beginning is recommended.

Super Slimming Tea

In the increased market for all natural Chinese teas, a new brand of slimming tea has been created and released for general consumption. This special blend of Chinese herbs helps take advantage of several aspects of weight loss. For centuries the Chinese have had a special love of herbs and plants and know which ones have medicinal properties as well as other healthy benefits. Using a well-known licorice root, this most potent of all Chinese slimming teas promotes a cleansing ability as well as healthy digestion.

The search for the latest and greatest weight loss product is always something that will consume people as they struggle with unhealthy living and processed foods. Of course, there is no substitute for eating clean, healthy, natural food, a consistent exercise program, and frequent check ups. Chinese slimming teas, when combined with these things can stimulate weight loss and increase calorie burn.

Going on a diet? A Chinese diet using tea may be the answer. Manufacturers are beginning to name their own weight loss products under the slogan “Chinese diet tea,” and distribute them to retail stores. Tea is a light calorie diet, 4 grams, giving a boost to the need for production. Caffeine is found in tea, jump starts your energy levels while melting off calories. Another aid in weight loss, polyphenols, will move fats through your body for proper digestion, giving Chinese diet tea a thumb’s up.

There are many names associated with Chinese diet tea: super dieter’s tea, slimming tea, weight loss tea, and fasting tea. These tea names all sell a weight loss solution through their products. A known truth about these tea products, they are laxative based giving the drinker a disorder of stomach cramps, vomiting, nausea, chronic constipation, diarrhea, constipation, or fainting. If there is too much consumption of this laxative, death is likely.

Substances are also found in laxative teas and dietary supplements and cause stressed concerns from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The substances causing concerns are as follows: rhubarb root, castor oil, aloe, cascara, senna, and buckthorn. Once these substances were discovered to be a constipation reliever and bowel symptoms reliever, they have continued use, getting access from plants. They are deemed effective for such purposes with occasional use. They should only be used under caution by their package directions.

Chinese diet teas, or their labeled versions, can be misused when the consumer intakes them frequently with an assumption that calorie absorption is halted. The small intestines absorb the calories, leaving the laxative-induced diarrhea out of topic for reduced calorie absorption, suggesting that research on this information is true. The colon area is the culprit of reducing calorie intake.

Chinese diet teas should not be taken for granted, as they can cause both long and short conditions. Reactions can occur by over-using the tea beyond product recommendations. If the Chinese diet teas are over consumed, adverse reactions could occur.

After an overdose consumption of Chinese diet teas through an initial period, general symptoms are likely to occur for extended periods: diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. Similar to any drug, the laxatives can cause dependency, followed by post symptoms of abdominal pain, constipation, and chronic diarrhea. Disorders occurring through severe overdose will cause electrolyte disorders fainting, and dehydration. These conditions are more prone to cause disruption in those with weaken immune systems from harsh dieting.

Due to common severe reactions to the Chinese green tea diet, the FDA is stepping in to force these manufacturers to attach stimulant laxatives to the package labels. For any products containing a Chinese diet tea, primary attention to the recommendations is important, while focusing on the warning labels.

The battle in losing weight has gotten much easier with the help of Bojenmi tea. Long regarded as most common teas in China, bojenmi is used mostly for the purposes of weight loss and has been for the last two decades.

In fact, the very name of the tea, that has the meaning beautiful & slim in Chinese. Bojenmi tea is grown in the famous tea growing area of Fujian Province. This province is well suited to grow teas because of the weather and great misting conditions.

Bojenmi Tea Herbs and Uses

Used in the aiding of digestion and helping fight food stagnation in the body, bojenmi tea speeds up the burning of calories. Bojenmi tea also helps with looser bowel movements.

This superiority is caused through the many herbs blended to create bojenmi tea. These specific and special blends lead to and help the body in several different ways.

There are several herbs in this tea that predominately used to help with removing excessive fluids from the body, that removes waste in the body, and also help with reducing the blood lipids within the body.

Malt, shen-chu, crataegus and raphanus are also said to have added benefits such as being able to ease the abdominal cramps because of digestive problems, acid regurgitation, and sluggish bowel infections.

Bojenmi Care and Usage

Bojenmi tea is not something that you can drink anytime you like. When used in excess, just like anything else, can cause adverse reactions, effects, and diminished benefits. Bojenmi tea should be should be used in dosages of three to six grams about three times per day. This should be in the form of three to six bags of tea per day.

Just taking a special tea, even if it is designed to promote weight loss, will not guarantee any specific weight loss numbers. A well rounded, balanced regimen of healthy food and exercise, used in conjunction with dietary supplements is truly the best recommendation for losing weight and living healthy.

The historical, Boston Tea Party, a memorable event of Chinese green tea, poured into the ocean during the war. The Chinese green tea has remained a famous drink in the Chinese culture, from ancient diets till now. Presently, the tea is popularly used for the positive effects it has on people. Researchers concluded that including the Chinese diet green tea in your weekly eating schedule, will raise your chances of being healthy.

Establishment of Chinese Green Tea

Dating back to 4000 years, Chinese green tea is still known throughout the world. The ancient believers established a belief that an emperor of the Chinese stumbled upon the delectable tea. The green tea derives from Camellia Sinesis, a relation to oolong tea and common black tea. It has been used in Chinese medicine for hundreds if years, healing problems, from energy loss, gastrointestinal issues, headaches, and to fight immunity.

Chinese diet green tea production steams new leaves to maintain the enzymes for a nutritious formula. Hot temperatures are used in the steaming process. Chinese diet green tea always remains natural without added substances, opposing the toxic use of black and oolong tea. Fermenting the green tea is not common, instead it is pan heated, steamed, or baked. Following the heating process, rolling the leaves into a quality tight roll is sought out.

Loosing Weight Drinking Chinese Diet Green Tea

The known rumors of a “miracle tea” stirs weight loss addicts to drink Chinese diet green tea. A weight loss miracle is not considered fact, although a regular user of green tea will feel the benefits of weight loss, without relying on the tea for fully losing weight.

Digesting fat is now linked with tea extracts to inhibit your body’s digestive enzymes, reducing the fat intake. Green tea studies have found an interaction of caffeine and catechin polyphenols to cause thermogenic properties to occur. When your body burns fat, it uses fuels from thermogenesis, in the lack of chemical energy.

Supplementing Chinese diet green tea into your eating routine is now proven to be effective when used with weight loss vitamins or exercises.

More Positive Results

Chinese green tea diet has many more positive results on the person drinking it. Cancer cells have been found to stop growing due to polyphenols that green tea carries. The compounds that form from cancer are cut off by the polyphenols. Cancers found in the gastrointestinal tract are linked to benefits arising out of the Chinese green tea.

Polyphenols are anti-oxidents with strong affects in the Chinese diet green tea drink. Vitamin C and E do not match the potent qualities of polyphenols, nor the compounded affects they have inside vegetables and fruits. Vitamin C is found naturally in green tea

Green tea compounds arouse cells of the immune system as research has found. Today, scientists are linking lower heart disease and stroke risk, with green tea. Teeth can even benefit from green tea, a source of fluoride commonly known to reduce tooth decay. Knowing the benefits of healthy tea, now would be perfect for a Chinese diet, green tea break.

Have you included Chinese green tea in your diet? Green tea has become the favorite Chinese tea. People from all over the world find the tea soothing on hot summer days. The soothing effects are caused by green tea’s inflammation reducer, and of course, it is a cool drink. Some have found it to break fevers.

People from all parts of the world have known Chinese green tea benefits your health. Ancient Chinese once used green tea for healing most everything relating to pains and mental disorders. The author, Nadine Taylor wrote Green Tea: The Natural Secret for a Healthier Life, and expressed on the medical history behind Chinese green tea, dating back 4,000 years.

Research stations throughout Asia and the West have found the truth behind the health benefits gained from drinking green tea. Chinese women and men are less likely to get esophageal cancer when they include Chinese green tea in their diets, as documented in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. The studies were on epidemiology, researched in 1994. A new report released by the University of Purdue makes claims of cancer cell growth being inhibited by the green tea compounds.

Many other medical benefits related to green tea are showing positive, with the following conditions: high cholesterol levels, rheumatoid arthritis, infection, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and impaired immune function.

The Special Hint of Green Tea

The Chinese have discovered the one substance in Chinese green tea that creates all the benefits now known. It is full of catechin polyphenols, but one that stands out is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is the powerful anti-oxidant ready to kill off cancer cells while leaving the person’s tissues without harm. Even your LDL cholesterol can be lowered, and blood clotting conditions will be healed when you drink green tea. Since blood clots, or thrombosis, cause so many heart attacks and strokes, the affects of green tea are geared for life saving benefits.

Now, the “French Paradox” is becoming affiliated with the benefits of Chinese green tea. The French are presently known as fatty food eaters, but the coincide, they have a lower rate of heart disease, compared to Americans. Researchers questioned the coincidence and worked out their answer, red wine. Resveratrol found in red wine, a polyphenol, keeps negative effects of a fat diet away. It also proves healthier effects of a smoker. Another stronger version, EGCG, drives healthier results with resveratrol. Chinese men who smoke show heart disease can be overcome. They are a popular group to smoke, 70%, yet still stay healthy.

More Benefits

Proof that Chinese green tea is a health package is seeking out to the world. It is showing claims to benefit people on a diet. Men were used in a study to determine the effects of taking caffeine and green tea extracts. The results were a higher average in burned fats, on contrary to the men who took placebo and caffeine.

If you are looking for a fluoride treatment, Chinese green tea is now an option. The green tea will kill bacteria in your mouth. Food poisons can also be prevented using green tea.

Currently, green tea is being used in over the counter products relating to skin. Products used are anything in between deodorants and creams, while making their market appearance. Chinese green tea is known to be a battle fighting agent in reducing skin imperfections.

There are countless numbers of teas and herbal extracts that are consumed each day around the world. Many enjoy the benefits of drinking natural tea and regularly promote their beverage of choice. Chinese oolong tea is at the top of the world’s most celebrated teas. Many of the reasons is in the the taste, and benefits, but also in some of the lore and history. Halfway in between a black tea and a green tea, Chinese oolong tea carries the clear look and fragrancy of a green tea, with the aroma and strength of a black tea.

Chinese oolong tea is said to be produced first on Mt. Wu-Yi Shan in the Fujian Province during the Ming Dynasty. This area is well known for it’s famous teas, and is often said to be the “birthplace” of Chinese tea. The Fujian Province has a well suited natural environment for the cultivation of tea. Boasting a year round temperature of 18 C, there is a drastic change between morning and evening temps and mist forms easily which helps the tea growing process.

Processing Chinese Oolong Tea Involves Three Steps

As wide and varied are the individual teas, there are different process methods for each kind, mainly centering within the fermentation process. Chinese oolong tea is comprised of several different leaves that lend their own aromas and flavors to make oolong tea distinct. Tie Guan Yin, Shui Xian, and Oolong are used in Chinese oolong teas.

The process of Chinese oolong tea is a time honored tradition. The tea leaves are picked at the beginning of the day in the early morning hours. They need to be picked in units of one bud and three leaves while being exposed to the sun. The second step is to dry them inside to promote fermentation. This is the most crucial step as it is important not to only ferment the leaves, but to know when to stop it. The third step involves a lengthy process of rubbing the leaves to promote good taste, aroma, and texture.

Chinese Oolong Tea Varies In Flavors

As with most teas, there are hundreds of different varieties of Chinese oolong tea. While still cultivated in the famed Fujian Province, each different flavor is processed a little differently to make it unique among the oolong teas. One such type is the Wuyi Rock Tea. This oolong tea is one of the most famous in China. It has a very distinct taste because of a mineral that is present in the tea caused by the high mineral content in the mountains where it is grown.

Another popular oolong tea is the Anxi Tieguanyan Tea. This tea is, by far, the priciest tea and is called the Iron Tea because of the unique processing. The heavy rolling of the leaves causes it become bunched into tiny, iron like balls. Formosa oolong teas are also one of the major types.

Chinese Oolong Tea Benefits

Chinese teas, in general, have several health benefits associated with them. The Chinese oolong tea is no different. This tea has many benefits including those associated with anti-aging and helping lower blood pressure to combat heart disease. Weight loss properties are also associated with this type of tea. By having a daily consumption rate of 6 to 10 cups of Chinese oolong tea, it is said to give you a better feeling throughout the day, increased energy and optimized focus.

The Pu-erh teas are now falling into the hands of the Western world, regardless of how popular green tea has become. The Pu-erh is called a “medicinal tea” from the Chinese, but Americans now want to earn their right to the tea.

Pu-erh trees in China are thought to be an ancient type, living over 2000 years of age. These trees could be the ancient dwellers of the present day trees. The smaller bush leaves go through a process, different of green tea leaves. Oxidizing these leaves, favors oolong tea processes, but lacks the black tea oxidizing period. The tea leaves are harvested in dried or loose, crushed into a brick, and created into tea cakes, also called Touchas, appearing as a bird nest. Having the Chinese weight loss tea from any of these forms will provide a distinct experience of visuals. Aging in caves, tea cakes will harbor a flavor of the earth.

The pu-erh tea is popularly known as a fat metabolism booster and lowers cholesterol levels in the blood. Dipping the tea in water for long periods is thought to develop special enzymes providing the body with micronutrients for better health.

Researchers found the pu-erh tea to be an asset to losing weight, if taken with all daytime meals, at one cup per meal. It is thought that the tea also keeps the body in balance for metabolic stimulants to occur.

Chinese Oolong Tea

A partial fermented tea, Oolong is widely known. Most would say the tea radiates an intense flower quality. Colors can be noted in bright green to the dark fermented color. The leaves are completely dried , allowing the flavors to stay deep in the leaves, a character trait of the Chinese weight loss tea. Once the leaves are dried, the oolong becomes known for its attributes that are stimulating for those managing weight and establishing a healthy diet.

The most commonly known Chinese weight loss teas are pu-erh and oolong. These teas can be easily found when looking for weight loss aid and will establish better health; as compressed teas, green teas, and black teas can easily be found too.
